To the High School Golfer and the Families Supporting the Dream:
If you dream of playing college golf and you don’t want to miss out on life-changing opportunities simply because you don’t understand the "hidden" recruiting process, then the NextOffer Golf Recruiting Package is for you. This is your step-by-step guide to getting to the next level.
Â
The Truth About the Process:
Most people believe that college golf recruiting is simple: Play well. Get noticed. Get an offer. But that is NOT how it works. The reality is that recruiting is a strategic game. The players and families who understand the rules early have a massive advantage. Every year, we see talented golfers get overlooked and families waste thousands of dollars on the wrong tournaments and the wrong mentors. We’ve seen elite athletes miss scholarship opportunities simply because they didn’t know what college coaches were actually looking for.
That's why we built NextOffer
NextOffer offers a blueprint that both the parents and students can watch to learn how the process works from athletes who actually went through it.Â

Why Experience Matters
In golf, you wouldn't take swing advice from a coach who has never broken 80. Recruiting is the same. You shouldn't trust your future to someone who hasn't actually been recruited themselves. Our team has lived the process, stood on the first tee of D1 tournaments, and secured the offers. We aren't just teaching the theory, we’re giving you the exact roadmap we used to make it.
Jackson Norwich
Jackson Norwich is a former Division I golfer at the University of Arizona, where he competed for one of the nation’s premier collegiate programs. As a Wildcat, Jackson trained alongside the world’s top amateur talent, gaining an insider’s perspective on the elite performance standards required to play at the highest level. A veteran of the AJGA circuit with an extensive junior resume, Jackson has spent years navigating the high-stakes recruiting landscape and the complex 'hidden rules' of Power 4 and all other college recruitment. His insights seek to bridge the gap between talented juniors and college coaches, leveraging his firsthand experience and tournament expertise to give families the exact strategic roadmap needed to secure a roster spot in an incredibly complex recruiting landscape.
Connor Hamm
Connor Hamm is a senior standout for the University of Arizona Men’s Golf team and a proven winner at the collegiate level. A high-impact transfer from Bradley University, Connor holds multiple program records, including the lowest 54-hole score (200) and the lowest single-round score (64) in Bradley history. His amateur resume is equally elite, highlighted by a runner-up finish at the 94th Illinois State Amateur and multiple individual collegiate titles. Currently competing in the Power 4 landscape, Connor possesses an up-to-the-minute understanding of what modern college coaches are looking for in the 2026 recruiting cycle. He provides NextOffer students with the exact competitive edge needed to stand out in an increasingly crowded and data-driven recruiting environment.

Playing College Golf Doesn't Have to Be Expensive
The average junior golf family wastes thousands of dollars every year on "empty exposure" tournaments that college coaches simply do not attend. NextOffer provides a strategic filtration system that identifies the top 5% of high-impact events, ensuring your travel and entry fees are an investment in a scholarship, not just a weekend expense. By teaching you how to target the specific regional and national stages where your target coaches are actually recruiting, we eliminate the guesswork and "shotgun approach" that drains most families' budgets. We also show you how you can qualify for tournament stipends, scholarships, or how to get your junior golf tournaments potentially fully funded. Playing a junior golf schedule doesn't have to be expensive if you know how to use the right resources.
