We created NextOffer to give athletes and families clarity, structure, and confidence in the recruiting process which can be extremely confusing and overwhelming. We don't offer shortcuts or hype. We teach athletes the discipline and the step-by-step process that it takes to make it to the next level.
Our Story

Between the three of us, we were Division I athletes at the Power Four level, navigating the recruiting process from inside the pressure, the uncertainty, the unanswered emails, the showcases, the visits, and the constant question of “Am I doing this right?” We didn’t all get recruited the same way, and that’s exactly the point.
We’ve been on different paths through recruiting. Different sports, different timelines, different expectations. We’ve felt the stress of trying to stand out, the confusion of mixed signals from coaches, and the frustration of not knowing what actually matters versus what everyone says matters. Along the way, we learned the hard truth most athletes don’t hear soon enough.

Jackson Norwich
Co-Founder & CEO
Jackson Norwich is a competitive athlete and the driving force behind NextOffer. He spent his youth competing in football, basketball, and tennis before choosing to focus entirely on golf. By the end of his high school career, Jackson had earned 15 individual championship titles.
His personal recruiting journey took place during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite facing a historically tight market with limited roster spots, Jackson navigated the high-pressure landscape to secure a position on the University of Arizona Men’s Golf Team. This experience revealed a significant gap in the recruiting industry that he now aims to close.
Jackson is a relentless worker who refuses to accept average results. He applies the discipline of a Division I athlete to the business world to ensure every athlete has access to the resources they need to succeed.
Connor Hamm
Co-Founder & CMO
Connor Hamm is a Division I athlete whose journey defines the phrase, "It’s not where you start, it’s where you finish." A standout multi-sport athlete in high school, Connor excelled in both basketball and golf before his late-blooming passion for the game led him to the Bradley University Men’s Golf Team.
Driven by a relentless pursuit of the next level, Connor eventually transitioned his career to the University of Arizona, where he currently competes for one of the most prestigious programs in the country. His path moving from a mid-major to a Power 4 powerhouse serves as a blueprint for athletes who refuse to settle and understand that growth is a continuous process.
Connor is the embodiment of extreme discipline. He applies a "grind-first" mentality to every facet of his life, from the practice green to his academic and professional pursuits. Having navigated the complexities and frustrations of the recruiting process himself, he is now dedicated to ensuring the next generation of athletes has the clarity and the competitive edge they need to reach the top.
Riley Stewart
Co-Founder & CFO
Riley Stewart is a lifelong competitor who has spent his career mastering the discipline of the water. A Tucson native, Riley transitioned from a dedicated youth swimmer to a high-school standout, eventually realizing his goal of representing his hometown at the highest level.
Riley chose the University of Arizona as the stage for his collegiate career, embodying the "hustle and home" mentality. By navigating the recruiting process from his own backyard, Riley gained a unique perspective on how to leverage local roots and personal branding to secure a spot on a premier Division I roster.
Driven by a commitment to the grind, Riley applies the same relentless work ethic required for 4:00 AM pool sessions to everything he pursues. Whether it’s in the lanes or in the business world, he refuses to give anything less than 100%. Riley’s mission is to help athletes navigate the high-pressure recruiting landscape with the same precision and discipline that took him to the D1 level.
